Scandlines Infrastructure ApS (2023–present)
I currently serve as company strategist and strategic project manager, leading PMO and CAPEX processes, supporting execution of lighthouse projects, and facilitating corporate strategy in close collaboration with the executive team and investors. Scandlines is an environmentally conscious shipping and infrastructure company with an annual revenue of approx. €465 million.
Implement Consulting Group (2021–2023)
As a senior consultant at one of the leading strategy firms in the Nordics, I managed client-facing and internal projects centred on digital transformation, strategic design, project and programme management, and operating model development.
Deloitte Consulting (2020–2021)
At Deloitte, I worked as a senior consultant and project manager, overseeing large-scale transformation programmes focused on technology adoption and organisational change.

In the private sector (especially finance and heavy industry), I delivered projects involving executive advisory, technology adaption, and data analysis.
In the public sector, I advised on strategy development and digital transformation, including software development and financial modelling.
Danish Agency for Digital Government (2017–2020)
As a government official, I worked on national digital initiatives and cross-government projects, including Denmark’s data strategy. My role involved project initiation, business case development, and multi-stakeholder coordination across public, private, and third sector parties.
Roskilde Festival (Volunteer Leader, 2016–2019)
As lead of the Analytics & Insights Department, I managed and prioritised work across a team of 120+ volunteers, shaping data-informed decisions to support the strategic and operational development of the festival experience.
